Reduce Single Use Plastics

We work with vendors like Chef Masters and the school district to advocate the use of more sustainable materials for use in the packaging of the school lunches,  and advocate for facility enhancements like portable dishwashers at each school so that the children can use washable utensils instead of disposable plastic ones. 
Offering serving bulk dispensers for things like ketchup and mustard can also reduce the usage of single use plastics.
