Reduce Single Use Plastics

We work with school food vendors and the school district to advocate for the use of more sustainable materials in the packaging of the school lunches, and for kitchen facility enhancements like resuable utensils instead of single use ones.
Offering serving bulk dispensers for things like ketchup and mustard can also reduce the usage of single use plastics.
